The “WAVE” called NAMI in Japanese is a basic set of blocks that progresses from High, outside middle, inside middle, low and then repeats back up from low, inside middle, outside middle, high.
Start from KAMATE:
Perform the blocks (each with one step). All 8-moves create a FULL WAVE up and down the floor.
